Sebastien Bordeleau is presently working at the United Nations as an information management assistant in the Executive Office of the Secretary-General. He first started in the Organization as an editorial assistant in the Department of Peace Operations (DPO), overseeing the quality control of internal communications for the Office the Under-Secretary-General, so that all documents respected the register of the United Nations editorial guidelines; fluent in English, French and Spanish, he assisted in the revision
of the correspondence in those languages to ensure compliance with the submission standards and formatting. Prior to working with the UN, he held various administrative positions where he offered support for seminars, presentations, meetings and served as a translator and an interpreter, all the while completing a degree in translation, specialized from English to French, at the Université du Québec à Trois-Rivières (UQTR), in Canada.
