
Florence Rostami is an experienced attorney and business advisor. She is a principal of Florence Rostami Law, LLC, located in New York City, which she founded in 2006. She is a member of the bar of the states of New York, California, and Texas, and is admitted to numerous federal courts.
Over almost twenty years, Ms. Rostami has represented Japanese institutions in the United States in banking and finance matters. She has also represented Japanese clients based in the United States in other industries, including finance and banking, media, media, and manufacturing to meet their business needs with other entities and with federal, state and municipal governmental agencies.
Ms. Rostami’s experience in litigation in federal and state courts in the United States has also provided her with a keen insight into how businesses can operate in a matter that comply with United States laws and can lead to commercial success. Further, in her representation of Japanese creditors in bankruptcy proceedings in the United States, she has been able to maximize recovery of money from the bankrupts and to protect clients’ interests in spite of contentious legal proceedings.
