Emile Ody-Marc Duclos currently serves as the Vice President of the Green Heart Foundation (Fondation Coeur Vert www.fondationcoeurvert.org). The Foundation addresses two major threats to world peace and stability: 1. Land degradation and climate change, and 2. Growing youth population in areas that can no longer support agriculture. Its primary mission is to: Promote and support reforestation and environmental restoration and protection; and to Educate and support populations in becoming resilient to the effects of global warming and climate change. The Green Heart Foundation has been actively promoting and participating in the Great Green Wall Initiative of Africa.
