As an active Real Estate Agent with Compass in New York City, and member of top real estate teams, Pino works side-by-side with the most respected real estate professionals, for the most sophisticated clients. He specializing in green buildings and has created an online tool called greenbuildingmap.com. The mapping website locates green certified residential and commercial real estate to offer a comprehensive resource to the industry.
Pino is also the Founder and Executive Director of EcoArt Project, a 501c3 nonprofit arts and design organization, with major financial support from the Rockefeller Brothers Fund, with the mission to stimulate climate change action and environmental awareness by leveraging the creativity of artists and designers. EcoArt Project has produced international competitions, exhibitions, and residency programs over the past fifteen years. During this time, the organization has engaged more than 2,000 artists and designers from around the world and published them in an online art “Showcase”.
Originally from Italy, Pino studied law and focused on Patent Protection in Biotechnology. He started his first creative production and sponsorship management company Fortunato Productions in Rome, Italy in 2007 and in 2013 moved to New York City. His passion for NYC has propelled him to launch “Rebound-NYC, Art Pop-ups in Dormant Storefronts” to contribute to the regeneration and beautification of the city.
